We offer a variety of recreational classes, covering a vast array of cuisines and disciplines. Most recreational classes are hands-on, allowing our students to truly learn and understand technique. Classes cover such diverse topics as knife skills, tarts and pies, sauce making, cooking with fish, chicken, meat and vegetables as well as ethnic cooking from all over the globe. We also offer classes on food and wine pairing and much more. In addition to single classes, we also offer short series which allow more in-depth understanding of a range of topics. All classes emphasize fresh ingredients in season, so each season brings a new crop of classes.

We also offer summer cooking camps for kids and teens. Those classes are listed in our spring catalogue, which is available mid-February. Camps fill by early March, so be sure to sign up early.
