feature comprehensive, part-time professional chef's training and
pastry programs. The courses are designed to teach students the
techniques and skills necessary for a successful culinary career.
Whether you want to work in the food service industry, are already
in the industry and just want to hone your skills, or are a serious
home chef, our programs will fit your needs.
The New School of Cooking bases our curriculum on that of full-time
culinary schools. We have modified and condensed that format to
accommodate students who work or who are otherwise unable to attend
school full time. Because our program is part-time, the cost is
significantly less than a full-time culinary institute.
Our classes meet once a week for ten, twenty and thirty week sessions.
We have classes during the day, evenings and weekends to accommodate
